Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialists (CSCSs) are professionals who apply scientific knowledge to train athletes for the primary goal of improving their athletic performance. They conduct sport-specific testing sessions, design and implement safe and effective strength training and conditioning programs and provide guidance regarding nutrition and injury prevention.

Cyril Moss, Certified Strength
and Conditioning Specialist
Cyril Moss is a graduate of the University of Waterloo. In addition to his role as clinic co-director, he is a member of the National Strength and Conditioning Association and a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist. Cyril oversees fitness testing, training program design and strength and conditioning for individual athletes and sports teams. He is a Certified Golf Fitness Instructor with the Titleist Performance Institute and strength coach for the Golf Fitness Academy at Stonetown Physiotherapy. As well, Cyril has worked as team trainer for the Kitchener Hallman Twins senior men’s fastball team and as a consultant for the Ontario Curling Association and the St. Marys Lincolns Junior B hockey team.
